摘要
应用免疫细胞化学(ICC)染色技术,用抗心钠素(ANP)血清对人胚胎发育不同时期的脐带血管进行免疫染色,观察结果:在第14周(月经龄)时脐动静内皮细胞(HUA/VEC)即显阳性反应,并随胎龄增加而略微增强,至第32周时阳性反应明显增强达高峰,维持至出生。人脐动脉内皮细胞(HUAEC)与人脐静脉内皮细胞(HUVEC)之间存在明显差异。至于HUA/VEC及ANP是否参与对脐血管舒缩的调节,尚有待进一步实验证实。
The umbilical cords of human fetus of different ages were examined with PAP immunocytochemical assay and atrial natriuretic polypeptide(ANP)was found to be localized in the endothelial cells of the umbilical vessels at optical microscpic level,ANP appeared in the endothelial cells of fetal umbilical vessels at 14th week of age and reached the highest level at 32nd week,The endothelial cells of the umbilical vein showed stronger intensity of ANP than those of the artery.It is inferred that the endothelial cells are involved in the regulation of the tension of fetal umbilical vessels and ANP plays an important role.
