锌对呼吸道内皮素的影响

摘要 通过缺锌(ZD)、过量锌(ZE)动物模型观察锌对大鼠呼吸道灌洗液中及血浆内皮素(ET)含量的影响。结果表明:(1)ZD组大鼠支气管肺泡灌洗液中的ET、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)、一氧化氮(NO)和肺巨噬细胞杀菌力(BA)均低于自由喂养(AL)组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。ZE组的NO和BA也低于AL组(P<0.01)。(2)ZD组大鼠血浆ET、TNF、NO均低于AL组(P<0.01)。ZE组血浆TNF和NO也低于AL组(P<0.01或P<0.05)提示缺锌可致支气管肺泡和血浆TNF、NO减少,肺巨噬细胞杀菌活力减弱。 The effects of zinc on the endothelin level of the respiratory organs were observed in zinc deficient(ZD),zinc excessive (ZE) and adequate libitum(An) groups of rats. The findings were as follow:(1)The level of endothelin(ET),tumor necrosis factor(TNF) and nitrogen monoxide(NO ) and the bacteriocidal capacity of the phygocytes in the broncholaveolar lavage fluid(BALF) were lower in ZD group than in AL group(P<0. 05 or P <0. 01 ), The NO level and bacteriocidal capacity of the phagocytes in BALF were also lower in ZE group than in AL group(P<0.01). (2)The plasma level of ET,TNF and NO was lower in ZD group than in AL group( P < 0.01).The plasma level of TNF and NO was lower in ZE group then in AL group. These findings indicate that adequate amount of zinc in the diet contributes greatly to the bacteriocidal capacity of the phygocytes and synthesis of ET,TNF and NO in the respiratory organs。 Consequently plasma and BALF levels of ET and BALF Ievels of TNF and NO are decreased and the bacteriocidal capacity of pulmonary phagocytes is suppressed in ZD and ZE rats.
