脾切除和自体脾组织移植对肺泡巨噬细胞产生过氧化氢功能的影响

Effects of splenectomy and autograft of splenic tissue on the quantity of hydrogen peroxide produced by pulmonary alveolar macrophages

对Ｗｉｓｔａｒ大鼠行脾切除和自体脾组织移植观察其对肺泡巨噬细胞（ＰＡＭ）体外产过氧化氢（Ｈ_２Ｏ_２）功能的影响，结果表明脾切除后ＰＡＭ产Ｈ_２Ｏ_２功能明显低于假手术组，而自体脾组织移植后能恢复其功能。因此，自体脾组织移植术有一定应用价值。

The effects of splenectomy and autograft of splenic tissue on the quantity of hydrogen peroxide (H_2O_2)produced by pulmonary alveolar macrophages in vitro were observed.It was found that the quantity of H_2O_2 produced by pulmonary alveolar macrophages was signiflcantly smaller in the splenectomized group than in autografted group and the control.This finding suggests that autograft of splenic tissue is a simple procedure to re-establish the functions of the spleen.
