摘要
为了提高电池寿命和降低极板废品率,在活性物质中填加不同材质的化学纤维进行了试验。其结果表明:腈纶、丙纶纤维较好。它不但有效地防止了活性物质脱落,而且对半在制品的合格率及电池寿命也有所提高。
Different samples of chemical fiber were added to active materials of storage battery in order to improve the life and reduce the scraps rate of the plates. The results showed that acrylic and polypropylene fibers were beneficial. These fibers could prevent the active materials shedding and increase qualified rate of semi-manufactured parts as well as the life of storage of battery.
