摘要 为了降低干燥能耗、提高干燥效率、改善干燥质量,需要对各种谷物干燥工艺在相同条件下进行对比试验。设计出一种多工艺谷物干燥试验台,利用它进行了顺流干燥、逆流干燥、顺-逆流组合干燥和顺流干燥逆流冷却等干燥工艺的试验,研究了各参数对几种谷物干燥工艺性能的影响。结果表明,顺-逆流组合工艺的干燥效果最为理想。文中给出了顺-逆流干燥的最佳工艺参数。研究结论可用于新型谷物干燥机的设计和现有同类型干燥机的操作与调整。 In order to increase the drying efficiency of the dryer,reduce the energy consumption and improve grain quality,different grain drying technologies are test- ed and compared.A laboratory scale multipurpose grain dryer is developed to con- duct experiments of concurrent-flow drying,counter-flow drying,combined con- current-counter-flow drying and counter-flow cooling.Effect of different drying pa- rameters on the performance of these grain drying technology are tested.The re- suits show that a combined concurrent-counter flow drying technology is the best with respect to dryer efficiency,energy consumption and grain quality.Optimum drying parameters for this drying technology are suggested which can be used for design of new grain dryers,operation and adjustment of existing grain dryers.
