摘要
为了探索不同秸秆氨化工艺的机理,采用镜象切片技术制备电子显微镜观察试样。用该技术可以观察同一细胞处理前后的变化,摒弃了随机性,提高了精确度,可以进行数量化分析。用此技术的研究结果表明,在氨化炉条件下用碳酸氢铵处理玉米秸秆,其平均壁厚增加56.25%,但随部位的不同壁厚波动幅度很大,在17.5%~142.5%之间。这为解释为什么用碳酸氢铵氨化炉处理秸秆效果良好提供了依据。
In order to discover the mechanism of the straw ammoniation,a new technique of preparing samples using mirror section for scanning electron micro- scope is adopted.The technique can be used to investigate the cell wall change, which allows to do numerical analysis,and avoids the random error.A research is conducted with this technique,which is ammoniation of corn stalks by ammonium bicarbonate in an ammoniating oven.The wall thickness increases by average of 49%-70%,but the variation is very large,from 17% to 142%.The result can be used to explain why straw ammoniation by ammonium bicarbonate in an ammoniat- ing oven is well.
