牦牛病毒性腹泻／粘膜病防制中间试验

The Pilot experiment of controlling Bovin Viral Diarrhea/Mncosal Disease(BVD/MD)in Yak

从１９９１～１９９３年，应用牛病毒性腹泻／粘膜病（ＢＶＤ／ＭＤ）Ｏ系弱毒冻干苗６０万头份对我省青南地区玉树、称多、泽库三个ＢＶＤ／ＭＤ发病严重的县进行了大面积的预防注射，调查被注射牛７６７９７头；同时在该地区应用猪瘟弱毒苗预防注射牛２０万头份，调查被注射牛４８０００头。试验结果：应用ＢＶＤ／ＭＤＯ系弱毒冻干苗使牦牛ＢＶＤ／ＭＤ死亡率由６．６１％降至０．２４％，应用猪瘟弱毒苗亦对该病有较好的防制效果。试验肯定了ＢＶＤ／ＭＤＯ系弱毒冻干苗和猪瘟弱毒苗用于牦牛ＢＶＤ／ＭＤ的可行性，为我省牦牛ＢＶＤ／ＭＤ的防制提供了依据。

From 1991 to 1993,600 000 yaks in three seriously epidemic areas of BV D/MD,Yushu,Chengduo and Zeku counties ofQinghai province ,were widely vaccinated withthe attenuated BVD /MD vaccine,and were investigated among 76.797 yaks. Meanwhile,200000 other yaks in three areas were vaccinated with the attenuated Hog cholera(HC)vaccineand were investigated among 48 000 yaks. The results showed the mortality rate with the at-tenuated BVD/MD vaccine dropped from 6. 61 to 0. 24%,and the attenuated HC vaccine hadalso a notabie effect.The experiment proved that the attenuated BV D/MD and HC vaccinewere practicable in yak ,and gave an evidence of control of BV D/MD in yak for our province.
