摘要
本文研制用可编程序控制器（ＰＬＣ）对国产１．６ｍ等切片机实现闭环控制，ＰＬＣ控制系统可精确地切出１９９．9ｍｍ以下任何厚度的泡沫塑料，误差为±０．１ｍｍ，系统有手动／自动两种工作方式，还具有状态显示、故障诊断，安全保护等功能。
The closed loop control of Chinese-built 1. 6 meter slicer by use of programmable controller has been de- veloped. Foam plastics can be cut up into pleces in any thickness from 1mm to 199. 9mm, with error ± 0. 1mm. The PLC control system provides automatic / manual operation modes and other functions such as state display.trouble diagnostic and safety protection etc. It has been in operation for one year in Jimo Handicraft Facrory and rasises the efficiency.
