摘要
通过评价试验,筛选出一种氧化还原引发剂作为脱气剂,基础研究对其组分配比、用量以及工艺条件等影响脱气的因素作了考察。经模型和中间试验证明,用该脱气剂0.5~1.5份,在脱气温度20~50℃下,经2.5~3.0h,可使羧基丁苯胶乳中残余苯乙烯含量由(528~13400)×10-6降至200×10-6以下,且不影响胶乳的性能,脱气效果亦不受脱气釜规模的影响。
A degassing agent of oxidation reduction initiator was selected by evaluation test.The effects of its components ratio,dosage and process conditions on degassing efficiency was studied.The model test and pilot test showed that when the degassing agent was 0.5~1.5 phr at 20~50℃ for 2.5~3.0h,the residual styrene in carboxylated styrene-butadiene rubber latex decreased from (528~13400) × 10-6 to below 200×l0-6 without influence on the properties of the latex and the degassing efficiency.
