摘要
我们从贵州金银花中提取出金银花净油,用GC/MS/DS联用仪对该净油进行了分析评价,从净油中共检出28个化合物,鉴定了21个化合物,占净油的76.53％,主香成分为芳樟醇(38.80％)、α-金合欢烯(10.75％)、茉莉酮(3.99％)等。
The absolute was prepared from the flower concrete of the Lonicera japonica Thunb.The plants colleceted from Wang Wu in the suburb of Guiyang, Guizhou province.21 compounds were indentified from the absolute by GC/MS CH.P5995C).The major components are linalool(38.80%), α-farnesene (10.75%), Jasmone(3.99%).
