摘要
用正红花油(Red Flower Oil,RFO)去壁,Giemsa染色法对黄果西番莲(Passifloraedulisvar.flauicarpa Degener)的染色体进行了G-显带研究和G-带带型分析.结果表明,全部9对染色体(2n=18)均显示出清晰的丰富的G-带带纹,但各条染色体的带纹数目随着有丝分裂时期的推进而逐渐减少,前期带纹数量多,早中期次之,中期最少或无带;各对同源染色体的两个成员之间带纹的位置、数目、大小、着色深浅和带间宽窄,彼此基本相似,可较准确配对,而非同源染色体之间的带型特征则各不相同,可一一区分.还对正红花油的作用机理和黄果西番莲染色体G-显带技术作了初步探讨.
The chromosome G-banding and G-banding patterns in passiflora edulis var.fiavicarpa Degener was studied with Red Flower Oil cell wall removing method and Giemsastaining technique. The results showed that every Chromosome Pairs (2n=18) displayed Gbands which were very distinct and abundant. Meanwhile the band number of each chromosome decreased with the time of mitosis from prophase to metaphase, and there were themost in prophase, the secand in prometaphase, and the less or almost disappeared inmetaphase. The position,number,size,and staining intensity of the bands and the distance oftwo closer bands of each member of every couple of nomologous was mainly resemble. So itwas easy to pair the homologous. While the band pattern between the two nonhomologousnromosomes was so different that it was not difficult to identify one from the orther. Besides,the action mechanism of the Red Flower Oil and the technology of chromosome G-banding inPassiflora edulis var were preliminarily discussed in the article.
