摘要
我国的空中交通管制系统,由于受种种客观原因的影响和制约,其发展速度和规模落后于整个民航事业的发展,已不能满足民航的客观需要,并且在不同程度上制约着飞行流量的增长,影响民航经济效益的发挥,甚至危及飞行安全。
Due to the influence of various factors,the air traffic control system in our country is not in a position to meet the needs of the increasingly developing civil aviation.Moreover,it restricts the growth of traffic to some extent,endangers flight safety and affects the development of economic benefits.In order to change this situation,the writer analyses the gap concern- ing the training of controllers at home and abroad,putting forward a proposal how to use the advanced method of training controllers from other countries for reference,and how to improve and perfect gradually the training system for our air traffic controllers with international standards as criterion.
