γ辐照对板蓝根抗内毒素作用的影响

Influence of γ ray Radiation on the Anti-endotoxin Effect of Radix Isatidis

本文用３个剂量的γ射线辐照板蓝根药材，并用鲎试剂法与家兔法测定辐照前后板蓝根抗内毒素作用的变化。结果表明，γ辐照对板蓝根抗内毒素作用的影响与辐照剂量有关，１０ＫＧｙ及以下剂量的辐照不会造成明显影响。

The anti-endotoxin effect of Radix Isatidis was determined with limulus test and rabbit pyrogenic test before and after three doses of γ ray radiation. The results showed that the influence of γ ray related to the dosage and radiation with a dose under 10 KGy had no significant effect on the anti-endotoxin property of the herb.
