摘要
对贮藏1、2、3年的蚕豆种子进行了48、96小时的老化处理,相继测定了各种理种子的标准发芽率、电导率、活力指数、田间出苗率和株高等质量指标,并做了室内质量与田间表现的相关性分析。结果表明:批间发芽率在老化48小时差异不显著而老化96小时差异极显著(P<0.01);种批间的电导率、活力指数在老化48与96小时后均差异极显著(P<0.01)。老化前和老化48小时种批的田间质量表现无显著差异,而老化96小时,种批间的出苗率、株高皆为差异极显著(P<0.01);室内与田间表现的相关性分析结果表明:田间出苗率、株高与室内电导率相关性最强,与活力指数相关性次之,而与发芽率相关性最差。贮藏种子质量自第三年开始下降。
The seed lots of Vicia faba cv. Ling Xia Da Ba Can after stored 1,2, 3 years were treated for0,48 and 96 hrs in the aging experin1ent.Then each group of aged seed was subjected to thestandard germination,electrical conductivity,vigour indices,field emergence and plant heighttests. The relationship between seed quality tested in laboratory and that tested in the field wasalso analysed. The results indicated that the germination percentage between seed lots of 96 hr’saging was of significant difference(p<0.01),but no significant difference occurred between thelots with 48 hr’s aging,The electrical conductivity , vigor indices between seed lots of both 48and 96 hr’s aging were of significant difference(p<0. 01 ). The field performance between seedlots with no or 48 hr’s aging treatment was of no significant difference, but significant differenceexisted between seed lots with 96 hr’s aging. The highest correlation coefficient of field perfor-mance(i.e. emergence percentage and plant height)was found with the electrical conductivity ofseeds,followed by vigour indices,while the standard germination was poorly correlated to thefield performance. The seed quality markedly decreased after 3 year’s storage.
