磨溪气田80×10~4m^3／d工艺装置试运总结及评价

The Trial Run Summary and Evaluation of the 80 × 10￣4 m￣3/d Gas Treating Equipment in Moxi Gas Field.

磨溪气田８０×１０４ｍ３／ｄ装置经过９．５个月的试运行，现已正式通过验收，本文对该工艺装置（脱硫、脱水、回收）的试运状况进行了总结，同时对装置特点及存在问题进行了评析。尤其是１．２．３级组合冷凝冷却器在三个月内腐蚀报废值得我们思考。

After 9.5 months trial run,the 800 × 103m3/d gas treating equipment has passed the check.The paper sums up the trial run situation (desulfurization, dehydration and sulfur recovery),while author analysizes the device characteristics and existing problems.Especially it is worth considering that the combined condenser-cooler was corrupted and rejected within 3 months.
