摘要
本研究运用群落生态学的原理与方法,通过种—面积(或样方数)模型的建立与分析及不同抽样面积(或样方数)条件下群落特征参数的比较与分析,探讨了不同类型棉田昆虫群落的抽样方法。结果表明,在昆虫群落调查中,平作棉和麦套棉及两类棉田的不同阶段均可采用相同的抽样方法,样方面积为1m2(正方形).最小抽样面积为10m2(或10个样方),适宜抽样面积为10~20m2(或10~20个样方),棋盘式取样方法较为理想。
The sampling method of insect community in the different
cotton cropping sys- tems was determined during 1992 through analysis of the established
species area(or number of samples)models and comparison of the important parameters of
insect commu-nity obtained from different sizes of sampling areas or different numbers of
samples。Itwas shown that the same sampling method could be applied for studies of insect
communi-ty in both single cotton cropping and cotton/wheat intercropping as well as their
differentstages。 The suitable sampling unit was Im2(shaped in square), the minimal sampling
areawas 10m2(or 10 sampling units),and the proper sampling area was 10~20m2(or 10~
20sampling units ). The chess board pattern was the desired method for allocation of
sam-ples。
