面临矿山开采造成的植被、水文条件被破坏，采、选、冶排放的“三废”及矿毒影响，矿山环境综合治理已刻不容缓。应大力宣传有关法规，依法管理，深入调查，研究解决办法，制定积极治理措施。加速立法，加强环境监理与地质环境监督的协调。
