二氧化碳焊诱导熔滴短路过渡可控硅电源的研究

摘要 本文就可控硅整流弧焊电源用于CO_2气体保护焊诱导熔滴短路过渡的控制性能进行了研究。介绍了两种控制诱导熔滴短路过渡的方法(即:电源输出外特性恒流-恒流切换控制和恒压-恒流切换控制)以及电源控制电路的工作原理和控制效果的比较试验结果。 The characteristics of the SCR arc welding prectifier controlled theguide droplet short circuit transfer of the CO_2 gas shield arc weldingwere sttdied. The dynamic characteristic of the power source was im-proved by the series connection of a linear reactance and a non-linearreactance in the ontput circuit, The current drop velocity of 10~5A/scould be reached, Introduced two kinds of controlling way that is theontput charateristic rapid transform from one constant current to an-other constant current and from the constant voltage to the constant cur-rent, Also introduced their ciruit principples and the experiment resultscontrast.
