摘要
采用种子乳液聚合制备了丙苯核(PBA)壳(Pst)乳胶。讨论了单体、乳化剂、引发剂对该乳胶性能的影响。组成比st/BA≤1的丙苯核壳乳胶有比其共聚乳胶低的成膜温度、好的抗粘连性和高的强度。丙苯核壳乳胶有两个分别靠近核、壳聚合物的Tg,两条不重合的加酸于核和加酸于壳的酸度或电位滴定曲线。
Core-Bu acrylate and Shell-Styrene polymer latex were prepared byseeded emulsion polymerization. The property of the latex was discussed.When st/BA≤1 a lower forming flim temperature, higher abhesion andtensile strength could be observed from the core-shell particles latex ascompared with those homogeneous particles of copolymer latex which wasformed from the same basic components. The effects of pH and potentio-metric titration behavior of emulions obtained from BA and st polymerwith methacrylic acid were investigated.
