摘要
本文对冷模具用GCr15钢韧化处理进行了实验研究。结果表明,以适当温度加热,于160℃的油中等温淬火作为预处理,然后再加热到820℃,于160℃的油中等温淬火及160℃回火处理,可细化碳化物,细化奥氏体晶粒和组织,可使GCr15钢具有良好的强韧性配合。提高模具的使用寿命。
Strengthening and toughening treatment of the GCr15 steel used as cold dies has been studied in this paper. The experimental result showesthat, isothermal quenched into 160℃ oil as pretreatment and temperedinto 160℃ oil after reheated to 820℃, the carbide and the austeniticgrain and structure may be refined. It also makes the GCr15 steel havegood match of strength and toughness and prolongs the service life ofdies.
