摘要
本文用DMF对Cis-pt(Ⅱ)进一步作了提纯;改进了光化学合成铂蓝的方法,使铂蓝的生成速度加快,质量提高:测定了铂蓝的IR和DSC谱图;找到了一种能使铂蓝溶解,且能保持其蓝色的溶剂。经过动物及人癌细胞试验表明:用光化学法制得的铂蓝对于癌细胞有较高的抑制作用,具有肯定的抗癌效果,对肾毒性低抗癌谱较广。对铂蓝的剂量及用药方案作了初步研究。铂蓝的性质表明,它是一种很有发展前途的抗癌剂。
In this paper a further purification of. Cis-pt(Ⅱ) was carried with DMF. The photochemical synthetic method df platinum blue has been improved, which can make platinum blue form more quickly and raiseits quality. IR.UV spectra and DSC curve were determind. The solventhas been found, in which the platium blue can dissolve, furthermore,the blue colour of platnum blue remain constant. The experiments,Using animals and man's cancer cell, showed that the platinum blue byphotochemical synthesis has higher inhibition to tumorus cell and adefinite effect of antitumor, with little nephrotoxicity and wide antitumorspectrum. In addition, a inital study of platinum blue in doses andschemes of using medicament was carried out. so platinum blue may proveitself as a promising anticancer agent in the future.
