摘要
本文以大麦为实验材料,用不同浓度的镉溶液处理,通过对幼苗生长、淀粉酶活力及姐妹染色体单体交换(SCE)等的研究表明,不同浓度的镉溶液可不同程度地抑制幼苗的生长.实验组的主胚根、最长侧根的长度、苗高以及根系体积均低于对照.镉还使胚乳中淀粉酶活性降低,这种抑制作用随镉浓度的增加而加强.此外,镉溶液可导致细胞有丝分裂指数的降低,细胞分裂减缓.SCE作为一种灵敏的方法被用于检测诱变剂对DNA的损伤,本文使用这一技术检测了镉对SCE的影响,结果表明,实验组和对照组差异极为显著.
In this paper,the changes of seedling growth,activity of amylase and sister chromatid exchanges(SCE)of Barley with treatment of cadmium were studied.The results show that different concentration of cadmium can inhibit seedling growth in varying degrees.The values including length of main radicals,longest lateral roots,height of seedlings and volume of root systems for treatment group were lower than that for control one.Cadmium also reduced activity of amylase from endosperm.As the concentration of cadmium increased,the power of inhibition was strengthened.In addition,solution of cadmium resulted in reduction of mitotic index,slowed down cell division.SCE was a sensitive method which was applied to examine DNA damage by mutagens.This method was used to detect the influence of cadmium on SCE of Barley,The results indicated that the difference between the treatment group and control one for SCE values were most remarkable.
