一阶导数分光光度法测定蜂王浆中蜂王酸的含量

DETERMINATION OF THE CONTENT OF ROYAL ACID IN ROYAL JELLY BY FIRST-DERIVATIVE SPECTRO-PHOTOMETRY

本文提出用一阶导数分光光度法消除蜂王浆中基体干扰直接测定蜂王浆中蜂王酸含量的新方法，此法不需分离手续，快速、灵敏、简便、准确，线性范围在０～１５μｇ／ｍＬ，相对标准偏差为１．２１％，回收率在９６％～１０２％。

This paper reports a method of first-derivative spectrophotometry to remove the substrate interference in royal jelly.It is a new method to determine directly the content of royal acid in royal jelly.It is a fast,sensitive,simple and accurate method without separation process.The linear range is 0～15 μg/mL,relative standard error is 2.1%.and rate of recovery is 96%～102%.
