本文采用AD650电压—频率转换电路,高精度仪用放大器,单片机微处理器8032及2764EPROM存储器,利用巧妙的单片机数字线性化技术,研制出测量温度范围宽、精度高、智能化程度高、调试方便的数字显示新一代仪表:S系列温度仪表。

This paper adopts voltage (AD 650)-frequency converter circuit meteramplifier with high accuracy,unit microprocessor 8032 and 2764 EPROM memory. It employs digital linearization technique of checking the correct values fixed in EPROM memory. It has designed the new class of digital display meter with wider temperature range,higher accuracy ,higher intelligence by using experiments.
