Application of the Comparative Method to the Teaching of Mechanical Design

所谓比较方法,就是研究事物之间“同”与“异”的关系的思维方法。运用比较方法教学,可以有效地启发学生,把握事物之间的异中之同和同中之异,在识同辨异中认识事物的本质,在分清主次优劣中完成对“机械设计”课程的学习。

What we call the comparative method is a thinking way in which difference and similarity between things are observed and analysed ,The application of this method to teaching will help students finish their course in Mechanical Design in an efficient way since it can greatly help the students clearly distinguish between the difference in similarity and the similarity in difference, and hence get a good understanding of the essence of what they are studying .
