论优化高等教育结构

On the Optimization of High Education Structure

本文指出为了提高高等教育适应社会主义现代化建设需要的能力和整体效益,必须对高等教育的层次、科类、专业、布局结构进行调整和优化。笔者着重分析了高等教育结构存在的问题,提出创办新专业、拓宽专业口径、内涵改造基础学科专业以调整专业学科结构,淡化专业、强化课程以打破传统的专业体制,联合办学以扩大规模效益等一套办法,以优化高等教育结构。

To improve the suitability of higher education to the socialism construction and to enhance its social and economic effect , it is necessary to optimize the whole structure of colleges and universities in China . In this paper,an analysis is focused on some problems in the structure of high education and some methods are advanced for optimizing purposes , which include establishing new specialitise, improving the contents and suitability of specialities,reforming basic courses to make the specialities well founded,attaching more stress to courses than specialities,running higher-learning institutions in a cooperative way,etc.
