稀土镁球墨可锻铸铁第一阶段石墨化过程石墨并粗的研究

摘要 本文对稀土镁球墨可锻铸铁第一阶段石墨化过程石墨并粗现象进行了实验及理论分析。研究表明石墨并粗在石墨化后阶段表现突出,石墨生长平均尺寸的三次方与时间呈线性关系。文中还探讨了运用石墨并粗规律测定石墨—奥氏体界面能的方法,提供了测定固态相变时石墨—奥氏体界面能的一种新途径。 In this paper, Graphite's Ostwald ripening during thefirst stage graphitization in Spheroidal Graphite Malleable Iron treated With ReMG alloy are discussed, It shows that the above-mentioned provides an im-portant effecting which changes the size and quantity of the graphite during the later stage of graphitization. The cube of grapnite's ripening average size is lin-ear to the time during the procession. What's more,a new method to measure graphite-austenite interface energy during solid transformation according to the law of graphite's Ostwald ripening is studied.
