he paper summarized the transportation revenue of railway sub-administrations in six aspects: opertional mechanism, pricing system,capital balance, revenue distribution, capital sources and business scope. The paper put forward the following measures of fulfilling transportation revenue task through analysis: studying theories; seizing opportunities, and deepenign reform; tapping potentials, raising efficiency, and increasing transportation and revenue; strengthening management, stopping up loopholes and ensuring revenue; accelerating car circulation; and laying solid foundation.
