摘要
为建立铁路运输现代企业制度，提出了主附业剥离、基础设施与运营管理分离，以及组建各类性质的公司等方式进行改革；对建立独资公司、有限责任制公司和股份有限制公司的利弊进行了分折；并对铁路建立现代企业制度迫切需要解决的矛盾和现实问题阐述了建议。
n the light of establishing modern enterprise system of railway transportation, the paper raises the measures of separating core business with the sideline business, separating infrastructure with operation management, and reform by setting up various kinds of companies. The paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of establishing companies of exclusively one investor, limited companies and stock companies. The paper also puts forward suggestions on solving the conflicts and problems when railway establishes modern enterprise system.
