摘要
本文对多居住宅建筑的优化设计从建筑方案、结构造型、建筑材料及施工等方面探讨降低成本，扩大建筑适用要求的途径，从而对加快“安居工程”的实施，改善住户的居住条件有一定的实际意义。图１．参２。
