摘要
本文通过对工业离心泵中密封填料函与轴套这一对摩擦付的摩擦分析,根据所测的磨损结果,提出从改善滑动摩擦付之间的润滑性能入手,选择具有的润滑性能和耐磨性能的材料进行复合,经磨损对比试验和台架检测试验,其结果表明,所复合的密封填料函与浸油石棉填料函相比较,无论是自润滑性能、耐磨性能还是密封性能都很优越,是一种比较理想的密封填料函。图11,表3,参3。
