摘要
室温下用激光四射以一定晶向生长的YBCO膜,已经观察到85~90伏的脉冲电信号,这种信号来源于薄膜吸收光脉冲后热电性能的各向异性.热电信号幅度与光功率呈线性关系,对光脉冲显示了ns量级的响应时间.薄膜用激光烧蚀方法制备,具有优良的外延生长特性,在低温下呈超导态,超导转变温度84~90K.
Electric pulses of 85-90 volts have been observed at room temperature on tilted orientation YBCO films illuminated by pulsed laser. The signals result from the anisotropy of thermoelectricity in YBCO films. The thermoelectric voltages, shown the ns respondse time to the laser pulses,are linear to for power and wavelength independent. The epitaxial YBCO films preped by laser ablation. The films are superconductors with transition temperature 84-90K
