摘要
钱塘江通海航运对浙江省的经济开发具有重要意义。根据该水域的地理特征.通海航运务必采取多学科的综合措施,主要有航道、船型、运营和导航等四个方面,其中建立导航定位系统并提高其精度是通海航运的基础环节。作者对钱塘江河口的地理特征、钱塘江通海航运开发的若干措施和钱塘江通海航运的导航等方面进行讨论,供宏观决策参考。
The shipping and navigation through the Qiantang River to sea is of great significance to Zhejiang's economic development. In view of the geographic feature of the waters, it is imperative to take comprehensive measures of multi-disciplines. Discussed here are four main measures in the respects of. namily, waterway, ship model, management, and administration and navigation, with establishing a navigational and positioning system and improving its accuracy as a key link between the four. Three points are approached: the geographic feature of waters, measures on shipping and navigation through the river to sea. This paper is expected to offer a basis for macroscope policy making.
