摘要
在很宽的操作条件下,通过试验研究了 HCFC22流过短管机构的性能参数。结果表明,当下游压力低于制冷剂对应的饱和压力时,流动性能与下游压力关系不大,质量流率主要取决于上游过冷度、上游压力、短管横截面积。质量流率对短管入口倒角很敏感,倒角深度超过一定值后,倒角并不能有效地减少流体入口的损失。
Performance parameter of HCFC 22 through short tube were tested for wide operating condi- tions.When the downstream pressure was below P_(sat),the mass flow rate became relativly insensi- tive to downstream Pressrue.The mass flow rate strongly depended on upstream subcooling,up- stream pressure,cross section area of short tube. The effects of inlet chamfering on flow rate were considerable.
