The intelligent realization of equal-distance image collection in area array CCD automatic inspecting system

本文说明了以面阵ＣＣＤ作为图像传感器的自动检测系统中，等距图像采集的工作原理，软、硬件实现方法。结果表明，系统能有效地沿运动方向定位，减少数据冗余。

The paper describes the operation principle and design consideration of equal- distance im- age collection in automatic inspecting system which adopts CCD area array as image sensor.It is shown that our system is effective in position finding and redundant data reducing.
