摘要
本文从精磨模具的制造工艺、抛光模具的制造工艺、聚胺脂平盘的预制、胶盘方法和高速抛光胶的制做方法上主要叙述了定时、定光圈的高速精磨、高速抛光模具的制做方法。通过实践，达到了批量生产的定时、定光圈的要求。
The fine grinding and polishing with fixed quality in fixed time are mainly related in the light of the tool-making technologies of fine grinding and polishing,prefabrication of flat polyurethane polisher,blocking method and the making of hith-speed polishing tools. Practically the mass production with fixed quality in fixed time is reached.
