摘要
用分形维数描述和比较了超塑变形中不同稀土含量的铝锌镁合金的空洞变化规律。实验结果表明,该合金空洞的分形维数与其稀土含量密切相关。稀土含量越低,空洞分形维数越大,空洞破碎程度越大,超塑性能越低。
in this paper, the behavior of cavity change of Al-Zn-Mg alloy with different rare earth contents in superplastic deformation has been described and compared by using fractal dimension. The experimental results show that the fractal dimension of the cavities in the alloy is closely related with the rare earth contents. The lower contents of the rare earth, the higher the cavity fractal dimension;and the higher the cavity fracture level, the worse the superplasticity.
