摘要
通过对不同含硫量和脱氧程度的钙处理塑料模具钢的试验研究,和对氧化物夹杂变性的热力学计算分析,阐明了钢中含硫量和脱氧程度对氧化物夹杂变性的影响以及对切削性能和其他力学性能的影响;并提出了生产高强度易切削钢的工艺方法。
The Ca-treated plastic-mold steels with varied amounts of sulphur and aluminium deoxidised grades have been investigated. The effect of sulphur and aluminium on the modification of oxide inclusions has been reasoned by thermodynamic calculation and analysis. The influence of calcium and sulphur on the machinability and other mechanical properties has been experienced. Afterwards, a steelmaking procedure which can produce free-cutting steels with high strength has been induced.
