摘要
对于塑料制品,影响其尺寸精度的因素很复杂,不能简单套用金属制品的公差规律。笔者在大量实测数据的基础上,运用数理统计理论,对模塑制品尺寸公差的分布规律进行了研究,为制订模塑制品尺寸公差标准提供了依据。
The factors affecting the dimensional accuracy of plastics products are very complex.The dimensional tolerance characteristics which are suitable for metal products are not for plastics products. Based on a great amount of data from measuring, the distribution mode of dimensional tolerance for plastics products was investigated by using mathematical statistic method. It will provide a basis for making the dimensional tolerance standard for plastics products.
