摘要
研究了大截面预硬型塑料模具钢Ｐ２０ＢＳＣａ热处理组织与性能。结果表明，在较宽的淬火温度范围内，该钢具有以板条马氏体为主的淬火组织，回欠稳定性好，热处理预硬性及力学性能优良，该钢是有效厚度达６００ｍｍ大截面塑料模具的优良用材。
Microstructure and properties of a prehardened plastic-mould steel P20BSCa for large section mould were studied. The results show that the steel has excellent heat-treated microstructure in a wide range of quenching temperature and good temper resistance, it has good mechanical properties and is suitable for making plastic-mould with effctive thickness to 600mm.
