摘要
本文介绍了管壳式换热器的一种新型高压密封结 构——八角垫卡环密封结构。试验表明,在选定的结构参数下,该密封结构的工作压力由原来的6.3MPa提高到了35MPa。能够用于高压下管壳式换热器的密封。同时,在GB150—89附录J中八角垫密封结构制造公差的基础上,给出了适用于本密封结构的数据。
The paper described a new high-pressure sealing structure for tubular heat exchanger——the octagonal gasket and block ring sealing sturcture. Upon the selectedstructure parameters, the test indicated that the sealing pressure will be increased from 6. 3MPa to 35MPa,and it can be applied to the high-pressure sealing for tubular heat exchanger.Based on the App. J of GB150-89 Code, a suggestion of manufacturing tolerance of the octagonal gasket and block ring sealing structure is presented.
