摘要
本文阐述了无损检测在保证压力容器安全中所起的重要作用以及制造过程中产生缺陷的不可避免性。通过对一批焊接试板检测解剖后得出:现有无损检测的缺陷检出率只有60～80％,检出的裂纹长度与实际裂文长度大约放大或缩小20～40％。
ASME - IWB-3650 is a technically advanced pressure pipe flaw evaluating specification. Not only the failures of brittle fracture and elastic destraction are considered, but also the elastic and plastic fracture evaluations can be carried out, and what is more , these elastic and plastic fracture evaluations are not simple starting-break evaluations but the resistence increase to the toughness tear and the limit load analysis of the toughness tear failure are considered,As well known,it is a technically advanced way in analy-sising frature machanism.
