摘要
本文通过焊缝金属的系列低温冲击韧性试验及焊接工艺评定,确定了焊接SA516Gr70S_5钢的合理焊接工艺参数。
In this paper the important role of nondestructing detection in guarantee for safety of pressure vessels and the unavoidability of producing defects in manufacture process are described. Through detection and dissection of welding testing plates the test results are obtained as follows:the sensibility of existing nondestructing detection for detecting defects is only 60-80%.The length of cracks discovered by detecting is about 20-40% enlarging or reducing than the length of practical cracks .
