啮合型异向旋转双螺杆挤压机熔体输送特性研究

A study on the melt conveyiug characteristicof the mesh typed counter-rotaing twin-screw extruder

从求解Ｃ形小室中的熔体流场出发，在不同情况下计算了熔体输送段的轴向力、转矩和比功耗，并分析了这三个工作特性参数与螺杆几何参数及螺杆转速之间的关系，找出了其中的规律性。它们对如何依据不同的使用目的来设计螺杆具有参考价值。

Abstract Procced from the solution of the meltflow field in a C-shaped chamber,the axial force,torqueand special power consumption of the melt conveying section were calculated under diferent conditions.Therelationship between the parameters of the three workingcharacteristics and the geometric parameter and the ro-tating speed of the screw has been analysed,and the regu-larity among them has been found out.They havereferential value to the design of screw in accordancewith various employment purposes.
