摘要
用Ｓｉａｌｏｎ陶瓷取代３Ｃｒ２Ｗ８Ｖ钢进行热挤压模的应用试验，取得良好效果，并对与应用相关的陶瓷材料抗热震性和磨损性能进行了研究。
Sialon ceramic is applied to hot extrusion dies instead of 3Cr2W8V steel. The result of application test is satisfactory. Thermal shock resistance and wear behavior of ceramic which is relative to the application are studied.
