摘要
将应力波铆接技术用于碳纤维复合材料结构的联接,并讨论了TB2-1铆钉用应力波铆按时有关工艺参数的选择,加垫圈可限制铆钉的过分膨胀,防止复合材料的初始安装损伤。因应力波铆接能产生小而均匀的干涉量,故可提高接头的初始挤压破坏强度。
Stress wave riveting is used in jionting of carbon fiber composites, it doesn't damage com-peites. The stress wave riveting technologic parameters of TB_2-1 rivetes are studied. Washer canbe used to restrict eccessive deformation of rivetes and avoid the initial damage of compeites. Thismethod can produce small and well distributed interference. Then, it enhences jointing strength ofcomposite structure.
