摘要
从计算机集成制造系统(CIMS)概念设计入手,按照系统论观点,通过分析CIMS的基本构成及各组成部分之间的关系,将CIMS分为决策、产品设计、经营管理和生产实施,并进一步对生产实施的组成及其内外部环境进行了研究,指出柔性制造系统(FMS)是生产实施的一部分,并对FMS的实质、组成、任务和功能等进行了深入的分析。
In this paper, the conceptual design of CIMS (Computer Integrated Manufacturing System)and the basie composition and relationship between any two parts of CIMS are first analysed, based on this analysis, CIMS is discomposed into four parts, they are decision-making, products design,businase and production implementation according to the viewpoint of systematology, Furthermore by studying the composition of the prodution implementation and its inside and outside circum-stances, the paper proposed that FMS (Flexible Manufacturing System) be one part of the produc-tion implementation. And the composition, properties, tasks and function of FMS are also discussed in detail.
