环境公众健康危害评价是80年代兴起的一种新的评价方法。以福建省马尾地区饮用水源水质评价为例,具体探讨公众健康危害评价的方法步骤、计算模式、参数选择等问题。结果表明,马尾地区饮用水源经饮水途径所致健康危害个人平均年危险为8.72×10^(-5)/a,已超过最大可接受水平5.0×10^(-5)/a,危害作用最大的污染物是Cr^(6+)和As。

Environmental public health risk assessment is a new assessment method which originated in 1980s.Taking Marwei, Fuzhou drinking water quality assessment as example, it was described substantially the method and procedures of public health risk assessment, and also the option of computaion model and parameters. The result showed that in Marwei area, the personal risk was 8.72×10-5/a, exceeded the highest acceptable level of 5.0×10-5/a, and the most harmful pollutants were Cr6+ and As.
