摘要 系统地介绍了淡水浮游藻类污染的现状,分析了几种从蓝藻中提取的主要毒素的结构和毒性,对其中常见的肝毒素(微囊藻毒素)和神经毒素(鱼腥藻毒素)的国内外研究进展进行了综述。研究表明,多数藻类毒素具有热稳定性和水溶性,目前的饮水卫生标准并未对藻类毒素加以限制,一些藻类产生的有毒物质对动物和人有明显的损害。该文还从环境污染的多元性和长期性角度,提出了应对藻类毒素污染的联合作用和低剂量长期损害作用加强研究。 In this paper, the current status of freshwater algae pollution was introduced systematically. It was demonstrated that some species of algae can produce toxic substances with harmful effects on domestic animals and human being. The structure and toxicity of several main toxins extracted from blue-green algae have been analyzed. Advanced studies on hepototoxin (MCYST) and neurotoxin (anatoxin) at home and abroad were also reviewed. Concerning the multiplicity and longivity of environmental pollution, the authors suggested further attention should be paid forevaluation of combined effects of algae toxins with other pollutants and their chronic damage to human population.
