慢性阻塞性肺疾病呼吸衰竭时的机械通气（附14例18例次临床分析）

本文分析了我科近２年来１４例（１８例次）慢性阻塞性肺疾病呼衰时机械通气治疗，抢救成功率为６６．７％，显示通气在抢救呼衰时的重要作用。并对机械通气的指征、人工气道建立、撤机和并发症等问题进行探讨。

his article reported 14 patients with respiratory failure of chronic obstru-ctive pulmonary disease treating by mechanical ventilation. Result showed thatthe successful rate of treatment was 66.7/%, which indicated the usefulness ofthe treatment of respiratory failure with COPD. At the same time, improvingthe patient's nutrition and using trachea canula would increase the survival rateof the patients.
